Sources

ArxDecoded prioritizes primary, current, and publicly accessible technical sources.

Preferred evidence

  • Official documentation and product changelogs
  • Official repositories, releases, and maintainers’ notes
  • Standards bodies, security advisories, and vulnerability databases
  • Original research papers and institutional publications
  • Official engineering blogs and project announcements

How sources are used

A source is not treated as a finished article. Relevant facts are extracted, compared, and rewritten in original language. Claims that cannot be supported are removed. Opinion and analysis may be direct, but they must remain clearly distinguishable from verified facts.

Corrections and source changes

Technology changes quickly. When official documentation changes or stronger evidence becomes available, an article may be corrected or updated. Source links are included in articles whenever they materially support the explanation.
